Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Soraga ("we", "us"). Soraga is run by Joshua James Cooper, an individual based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Soraga, you agree to them. Please read them; they are written to be readable.

1. The service

Soraga provides practice questions, timed sections and worked solutions for seven subtests of the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test (AFOQT). Soraga is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the U.S. Air Force, the Department of the Air Force or the Department of Defense. AFOQT is used only to describe the test our practice is for.

Our questions are written to match the format and difficulty of the real test, and every answer is checked before release. They are practice material, not official test content, and we do not promise any particular score or outcome.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to subscribe.
  • One account is for one person. Do not share your account or password.
  • Keep your login details secure and tell us at support@soragalabs.com if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Give us an email address you can receive mail at; we use it for service emails.

3. Free trial

A new account includes a free trial of 3 days with full access. No payment details are needed for the trial, and it ends on its own: you will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe. One free trial per person.

4. Subscription and billing

  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  • The subscription costs $19.99 per month, charged in advance. Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies and shown before you pay.
  • It renews automatically every month until you cancel. Before you subscribe, we show the price, when you will first be charged, and how to cancel, and ask you to agree.
  • If you subscribe during your free trial, your first charge is on the day the trial ends. Otherwise, it is on the day you subscribe.
  • If a payment fails, we will try again and email you. If it still fails, your access pauses until payment is made.
  • If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your Account page, in two clicks; there is no need to contact us. When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Soraga is for your own personal study. You agree not to:

  • copy, publish, sell or share our questions, explanations or other content, including in study groups, forums or other products;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access or collect content;
  • use our content to train or build any other question bank, product or model;
  • interfere with, probe or try to bypass Soraga's security or limits, including by creating multiple accounts or free trials;
  • use Soraga unlawfully or in a way that harms others.

7. Our content

The questions, explanations, software and design of Soraga belong to us and are protected by law. While your account is active, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study under these terms. When you send us a problem report or feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Soraga.

8. Disclaimers

We work hard for every question to be correct, but Soraga is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. If you find a problem with a question, please report it; we review every report. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as a test result, a missed opportunity or lost data), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Soraga and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing or copying content; where reasonable, we will warn you first. If we close Soraga as a whole, we will give you notice and refund any unused part of your current month.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@soragalabs.com; most issues are solved quickly that way.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
